Paper Honeycomb Core and Board Application Support
Our managers have over 50 cumulative years of experience in the application of Paper Honeycomb Core and Paper Honeycomb Board and will assist you with Application Support, such as:
- Advise on the correct choice of parameters out of our product range to best meet your requirements in a cost-effective manner. We see the development of a specification as a mutual process of which inputs include: desired application, (end-) product dimensions, the characteristics of your production process, sandwich surface material used and so on.
- Adhesive/Bonding support and sales of gluing equipment.
- Joint market development in a strategic partnership setting.
Packaging Design Support
To best protect your products from damage during transportation and handling and make maximum use of the specific qualities of Paper Honeycomb we will support you with the following services:
- CAD Design Aid to create a customized solution for your packaging need within the boundaries of our Processing Options.
- Calculation of the required Board specifications, depending on product usage, intensity, desired load bearing capacity, environmental conditions, etc.
- Usage of pre-printed or printable facings for brand/product marketing.
Our Continuous Paper Honeycomb Core is transported and delivered to our customers in closed state and has to be dried and expanded before use. We have developed several Dryer-Expander Units to ensure optimal processing for any application:
- Our basic model stand-alone expanders come with drying section and calibrating unit to ensure optimal end-product compression strength and surface bonding.
- For processing large volumes we can equip our expanders with in-line slitting knife and cut-off saw to create different sized sheets from a single specification of Corint Core.
Multi-Site Operations
We believe reliable and on-time deliveries are always a key aspect of long-term customer-supplier relationships. We operate in four different locations enabling us to secure supplies at all times and offer flexibility in our production planning.
When short lead times are of strategic importance we provide the option of delivering our products Just-In-Time by keeping safety-stock for our long-term customers.
Sales Support from a Europe-wide Network of Representatives
To best understand your specific requirements and be able to provide timely service our Managers work together with a team of representatives throughout Europe.
Our representatives are able to service you in your native language and have developed their product and application expertise over many years.
